Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of online orders can be done by stating intentions of cancellation by phone at (800) 24-VOLTS, or email within 30 minutes of placing the order. If you are not fully satisfied with your Nextek Power Systems purchase, a return request must be initiated within 14 days of the original order.  The Item must be in its original condition, all warranty voiding stickers must be intact, and all accessories and documentation must be returned with the item in the original packaging. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Non-compliance on any part will void the Nextek Power Systems Return Policy. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please contact support@nextekpower.com to request a Return Material Authorization. For defective materials, please review the warranty information in the product installation manual.

Shipping & Delivery

All products ship within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed through this website. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Products ship via Fedex, UPS or US priority mail.
